Tiny Dancer- This is a wonderful introduction to dance. Children will gain strength and knowledge of how their bodies can move.
Combo Classes - Class specially designed to introduce our younger students to the different styles of dance that we offer in our regular dance program.
Ballet - The foundation of all dance forms. Body placement, flexibility, alignment, strength and technique are achieved through barre and center floor work based on a variety of techniques. At the intermediate and advanced levels it is recommended that upper school students take several classes per week. Intermediate /Advanced classes will include work en Pointe.
Cecchetti Syllabus - Recommended for all ballet students, this ballet training is based on the method developed by Maestro Enrico Cecchetti, renowned dancer and foremost teacher of the artists of the Imperial Russian Ballet and Serge Diaghilev's Ballet Russes. Graded levels with appropriate examinations offered by the Cecchetti Council of America provide stimulus to the progress of the serious student.
Tap - This form of dance teaches the student the basic fundamentals of tap sounds and steps leading to advanced rhythms and syncopation. Dancers progress to tap combinations and later, routines that incorporate many tap styles.
Jazz - This ever-popular form of dance incorporates many styles such as Fosse, Character, and Hip-Hop to name a few. The classes are divided to include a warm-up, cross-floor work, and technique ending with choreography set to contemporary music.
Lyrical - A very popular style of dance, this beautiful contemporary dance formincorporates Ballet, Jazz, and Modern techniques while maintaining classical lines and movement. Please note: Students must have previous ballet experience and currently enrolled in ballet for this discipline.

YOGA - Beyond the physical benefits, such as improved strength, flexibility and balance, yoga is calming, encourages creativity, builds self-esteem and relieves stress!
ZUMBA - Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive!
